**Job Title**: Telesales Team Leader

**Location**: St James Tower Manchester City Centre

**Salary**: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum + Uncapped bonus + Daily Incentives

**Hours**:Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 18:00 or 10:00 - 19:00

**Duties**:

- Looking after a Team of Telesales Advisors who are making outbound calls clients across the UK, who have reached out to get help with their finances.
- Leading by example and going on the phone yourself to makes sales
- 1-2-1 with agents to develop their sales skills
- When doing call, you will gather the client’s information in a positive and professional manner while showing understanding and speaking with clients about their current situation.
- Assess the details taken alongside the set criteria and identify if we have a solution available for the client, if so, you will then be required to pass this client onto to the relevant qualified advisor.
- Any reporting/admin relating to the sales team
- Liaise with senior management on how to increase productivity and hit targets
- Previous Telesales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Positive / tenacious attitude
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Driven by targets
- Excellent / friendly telephone manner Resilient and able to handle objections

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
