**JOB PURPOSE**
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
This is an important role within GRS, with primary responsibility to:
- To work with recruiting managers to understand their business need and provide them with accurate management information and reporting.
- Provide recruitment guidance and support to the hiring managers in alignment with employment legislation and good practice.
- Plan, conduct and manage the recruitment process to include posting adverts, CV screening, conducting telephone interviews and arranging interviews.
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues and line managers through an approachable manner and customer focused service delivery.
- To ensure that all vacancies are filled within a suitable timeframe and to anticipate future needs to the business.
- To promote GRS Group as an employer of choice through internal and external communications, activities and platforms.
- To seek and support internal talent and to support the in house initiatives including refer a friend and the yard to driver scheme.
- Filing and general administration as required.
- Complete project work and ad hoc tasks as required.
**KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB**
- Previous experience of working within a busy Recruitment department (Desirable).
- Previous experience with CV screening and conducting telephone interviews (Desirable).
- Knowledge of CRM systems and headhunting systems (Desirable).
- Excellent problem solving, with ability to probe and establish facts and identify appropriate solutions (Essential).
- Strong attention to detail (Essential).
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing your own workload against competing demands, being structured and organised (Essential).
