Ross & Liddell are looking for an experienced Complaints Administrator to join their friendly, fast paced Residential Factoring Team. Daily Duties include:
- Assisting our Complaints Manager with ongoing complaints;
- Reviewing case files for information and fact finding;
- Liaising with Property Management staff as required;
- Reporting to Senior Staff daily and assisting with day to day duties, to ensure that procedure are followed.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
- Experience in a complaints role;
- Good call handling skills;
- Good communication and organisational skills;
- Experience in Microsoft packages, including excel;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Great salary package
- Mon-Fri role - no weekend working
- Optional Hybrid (max 2 days per week)
- Optional shift pattern, 8-4, 9-5 or 6-10
- Generous annual leave package, starting at 23 days, rising to 25
- 9 pubic holidays each year
