Procurement Administrator

**Purpose of the Role**
The supply chain approach is based on a mix of category management and operational procurement (supply management) and enables the company to drive greater value from its external supply chain, through better performance and stronger relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

- A performance measured supply chain, showing marked continuous improvement.
**Job Role and Duties**
The role requires strategic procurement responsibility to:
- General administrative duties.
- Provide data analysis for reports.
- Liaise with the Material Scheduling Team to ensure products are up to date and live on the Sage showing full content, marketing messaging, specifications etc.
- Create and implement new product introduction inline with budgets set and the company requirements.
- Manage and maintain the requisition process for internal spend requests from all departments. Log all of the requests and spend by category for any future analyses.
- Obtaining prices in line with Estimating's request and following the Estimating Pricing Process.
- Aid the Procurement Manager where and when necessary.
- Adherence to the companies’ quality procedures and principles at all times.
- Manage aftersales process
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
