Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimise supply chain efficiency
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks
- Maintaining supplier databases, purchase records, and related documentation
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
- Managing and improving order delivery efficiency
- Auditing, assessing, managing, and mitigating risks in the procurement process
- Driving change and setting up strategic goals in the procurement department
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in relevant procurement software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex projects
Salary and Benefits
