**Summary**:We are looking for someone to oversee our operations. We are looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond, to help wherever needed and manage our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly check in with Programming, Marketing and Campaign Coordinators
- Coordinate the team on site at festivals. Help wherever needed
- Liaise with festivals
- Liaise with contractors
- Liaise with bus company
- Set up group meetings
- Coordinate contractor payment
- Liaise with potential donors, sponsors and partners
- Keep track of the budget

**On site dates** (transport and food costs will be covered, and accommodation provided):

**Skills required**:

- Strong team leadership

**About Climate Live UK**

Climate Live is a global youth-led, grassroots charity who harness the power of music to engage a new audience in the climate movement. We have a wide range of supporters, from Greta Thunberg to Billie Eilish.

In the UK we take our solar powered opentop pink bus stage to major festivals to spread our message. On top of the bus we host live music interspersed with talks on climate and social justice issues. Artists who have played the bus include Nova Twins, Cristale, GIRLI, Jedward, Beth McCarthy, tinyumbrellas, Woody Cook and many more. Speakers we have had on the bus include Amybeth McNulty, Bella Ramsey, Mikaela Loach, Angel Arutura, Ellie Dixon, Michael Aldag and many more.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
