**Role Overview**
As a Client Services Executive, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our clients across SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns. Working closely with the Client Success Manager, you'll ensure that our services not only meet but exceed client expectations, providing top-tier support and fostering lasting relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a supportive liaison between clients and the Client Success Manager, ensuring clear communication and successful campaign execution.
- Assist in the management and reporting of SEO and PPC campaigns, aligning with client objectives and delivering insightful feedback.
- Manage client communications, updating them on campaign progress and results, and addressing any queries with professionalism and clarity.
- Participate actively in client and internal meetings, demonstrating strong communication skills and a confident presence.
- Recommend and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our services, contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.
- Embrace creativity and innovation, suggesting new processes and ideas to improve team performance and client outcomes.
**Relevant Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing agency, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and digital strategy.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively in meetings and presenting complex information.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
