**RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE**

Our client is a leading travel provider with a global reach who provide unique and tailored travel services for both their clients and customers. They have an excellent reputation in the industry, and they partner with some of the world’s leading brands within the travel trade, so this is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading team.

**WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW**:

- Salary is £22,222 per annum plus paid overtime
- Monday to Friday on a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 8pm, plus at least 1x weekend day to be worked per month. These weekend days worked are paid as overtime (1.5x your hourly rate).
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus the ability to buy / sell additional holidays each year.

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE’S DAY**:

- Using a bespoke GDS system to check availability, create and manage bookings for your customers.
- Working with your customer to choose the best possible flights for them to meet their requirements.
- Working with your customer by offering alternative flights and destinations if their original choice is not available, ensuring that you are driving sales for the business.
- Updating the database ensuring that all information is recorded accurately.
- Working with your team and team leaders to ensure that budgets and profit targets are hit.

- You will be able to work as part of a fast-paced team.
- You will be a positive and committed team member
