Macildowie are pleased to be working with a leading business based in **Derby** looking to add a **Payroll and HR Coordinator**for a**3 month assignment on an interim basis, with potential of being extended / made permanent.**

If you have numerical skills and a great eye to detail, and have previous experience working for a high volume payroll, then this role is for you

This is a **hybrid** role with the flexibility of working both from home and the office, **likely to be in the office for the first week for training and then probably only 1 or 2 days a week moving forward.** They are offering a salary of **£14.00 - £15.50** an hourdepending on experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collate all bonus information on a monthly basis and prepare for uploading into our payroll system.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure payroll system is kept up to date.
- Ensure all benefit information is up to date on the payroll system
- Prepare and send out information to team members relating to bonus.
- Ensure the timely updates of payroll to send to our outsourced payroll provider for processing each month.
- Support with HR Administration tasks such as preparing contracts and sending out new starter packs.
- Support with ensuring all new starters have access to their required portals
- Assist with queries from employees relating to their benefits and pay.
- Input all new starter information onto the HR system and maintain electronic HR files.
- Assist with processing leavers on the system and send out leaver letters.
- Gain a good understanding of the HR system and run ad hoc reports when requested.
