Our **Quality and Training Co Ordinator** role sits at the heart of this value with the opportunity to really make a difference to our customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Severn Trent Team as a **Quality and Training Co Ordinator.**

This is a critical role that is responsible for the End-to-end ownership of our training and quality journey across wholesale market business area. From the design of training material to onboarding of new starters to embedment and quality reviews.

You will be a leading Subject Matter Expert for quality, training and knowledge content, creating training materials, and quality frameworks. Collaborating with key stakeholders across WMU & the wider business to enable the development of our people to deliver Best in Class service. Coach and quality assess and develop Team Leaders to ensure delivery of outputs. Identifying training needs, coaching and general performance

You will be driving a customer centric focus to deliver an improved customer experience, making WMU industry leading across BR-Mex. Embodying a right time customer focus culture through our people and their development.

This role is based at **Raynesway, Derby,** with some travel to Coventry, and Customer sites where required.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

We are looking for someone that has a strong customer ethos, that possesses Knowledge and Experience of working within a customer focussed Operations environment, leading and delivering operational change.

You will need to have the ability to build strong relationships, build collaborate relations with stakeholders, customers and other external organisation to collaborate influence our vision to deliver Best in Class service. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complicated technical messages in a simple way are essential for this role.

The role requires an analytical approach and capability to understand and root cause data and performance from systems and reporting.

You will need to be adaptable, challenge motivated and thrive on delivering continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment. Possessing strong Problem solving skills with the ability to investigate problems and interpret findings clearly. Ability to make decisions and assess work required to solve a problem.
