**Do you want to make a difference, delivering effective service to those affected by homelessness and rough sleeping?**

In this role, you will support Derbyshire Constabulary, Derby Homes and the wider city partnership structures in delivering effective partnership working with a focus on Homelessness, Rough Sleeping and wider multi-agency partnership work. This will feed into the Multi-agency Rough Sleeper Hub (MARSH), the Partnership Enforcement Programme (PEP) and the Force ASB Action Plan as well as contributing to the delivery of the Multi-Agency ASB Action Plan.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop the force response to homelessness, rough sleeping, and associated behaviours in line with national police guidelines, DHLUC and multi-agency policy and procedures.
- Co-ordinate (and deliver if required) ongoing training and awareness-raising so that officers and staff understand what constitutes an effective response to homelessness and rough sleeping
- Assist in tackling ASB and related criminality relative to the street community in the most efficient and effective way, establishing best practice and guidance on how to deal with reports effectively in a problem solving and multi-agency approach.

**The must haves**
- Experience of working within a partnership setting.
- Have a good understanding of vulnerability and safeguarding practices.
- An understanding of information sharing practices and the requirements around handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience of using police IT systems e.g. PNC, Niche, Control Works, Compact and the ECINs database.
