We are seeking to appoint a skilled, hardworking and resilient Pastoral Assistant to join our innovative and friendly school team.

Working as a Pastoral Assistant you will be working with Heads of Year and senior leaders to assist with day to day pastoral support, as well as providing packages for students which facilitate improvements to the behaviour and attitudes of students.

You will:

- Support the development and welfare of students.
- Have a high presence around the Academy.
- Have positive relationships with key stakeholders, especially parents.
- Work within a successful and proactive pastoral team.

The work pattern for this role will be: two days per week 8:15am - 4:00pm
