Principal Resourcing are actively working to recruit **Pastoral Support **to provide general cover on a **day-to-day** and **long-term **basis for one of our partnership secondary academies based in **North-East Lincolnshire**. The position is available with **immediate start** and will be **ongoing** to meet the needs of the school.

We are specifically looking for Pastoral Support with knowledge and experience of the KS3/KS4 curriculum. As a Secondary Pastoral Support Assistant, you will work under the instruction and guidance of the Class Teacher to assist with the management of pupils in the classroom during delivery of lesson input and learning activities.

You will provide support for pupils social, emotional and wellbeing needs within the learning environment and may be required to carry out work in the classroom and outside the main teaching area, to meet the needs of the pupils in your care.

Supporting pupils to deepen their learning and build a mutual respect for themselves and others in varying contexts with particular emphasis on inclusion and diverse experience.

- KS3 and KS4 experience is advantageous
