**Key Responsibilities**:

- This will be a **busy telephone role**, where most of our **customers will call in** to speak to you to **discuss their complaint**.
- The main part of this role is dealing with customers who have **purchased a vehicle from First Response**, and they are unhappy with the quality of it. **It is your job to investigate** whether the issues on the vehicle were there when the customer got it or are because of general wear and tear over time.
- Once your investigation has been completed and you have decided on what you are going to do, you will need to **communicate this to your customer** via a letter. It is important that this letter is structured and clear to the customer with details of what you have investigated, the outcome, and the reason for your decision.
