Assumption Convent, Ballynahinch has a community of ten missionary Sisters who have retired after working for many years in Africa. The Assumption Sisters founded the Assumption Grammar School in Ballynahinch in 1933.

The Assumption Sisters wish to appoint a

**SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR**

The position will involve a combination of people management and administration and the post holder will be responsible for many aspects of the day to day operations.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To fulfil a supportive and collaborative role with the Community Leader.
- To undertake management responsibility for all staff employed within the Convent.
- Co-ordinating Care Services within the Community.
- Assist with administration of Community finances.
- Organise and oversee the ongoing maintenance of the Convent and grounds.

**The Person**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory/manager role.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs grades A-C including English and Maths or equivalent.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
