What you'll be doing:The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same, so you'll have to love variety and working at pace. Whilst your primary focus will be specialist support to our Regional Director, you'll lead a team of Business Service Co-ordinators who provide administrative and practical support to the Regional Management Team, Regional Specialists and beyond. You'll help us plan ahead and prepare for future activity and will be willing to be an active, passionate part of our team.
You'll always champion best practice when it comes to service and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there's a better way of doing something.
