We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Vehicle Technician to join our team at Jess Tyres & Auto in Ballynahinch. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services to our customers.

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults using the latest tools and equipment
• Perform vehicle pre-MOT checks and servicing to the highest standards
• Conduct general repairs, including timing belt/chain replacement and clutch replacement
• Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
• Road test vehicles to ensure all faults are rectified
• Adhere to all current company policies and procedures

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification/experience
• Prior experience working within a busy workshop
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
