Ballynahinch Depot

**Roles and Responsibilities.**
- Ensure a high level of accuracy when submitting warranty claims to ensure the correct claiming of work is completed, within the allocated timeframes.
- Produce a month-end report which details all outstanding warranty invoices.
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure claims are processed efficiently and accurately. And visiting them, as and when required, to discuss rejected warranty claims.
- Process and monitor all warranty claims with relevant documentation to the manufacturer.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including financial data.
- Provide support and advice to the dealership’s service team regarding warranty issues.
- Organise technicians workdays for all types of maintenance and service jobs.
- Invoice retail customer jobs on a weekly basis.
- Communicate with customers regarding the progress of jobs and explain all the work being required to be done.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
