**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days - 8:30-4:30
**Salary**: £25,180.00 - £27,105.00 (dependant on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and organize annual EHCP review meetings, ensuring timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute review documentation, including current EHCPs, progress reports, and any additional supporting materials.
- Ensure all EHCPs are up-to-date and reflect the current needs and circumstances of the students.
- Lead annual EHCP review meetings, facilitating discussions on the student’s progress, current support needs, and any necessary amendments to the plan.
- Gather input from students, parents, teachers, and external professionals during the review process.
- Document the outcomes of the review meetings and update the EHCPs accordingly.
- Ensure that all updates and amendments to EHCPs are compliant with relevant legislation and guidelines.
- Track and monitor the progress of students with EHCPs throughout the year.
- Identify any emerging needs or issues and recommend adjustments to support plans as necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all reviews and interventions.
- Act as a point of contact for parents and carers regarding any concerns or queries related to EHCPs.
- Stay informed about current best practices and legislative changes in special educational needs (SEN) and EHCPs.
- Provide training and updates to staff on EHCP processes and requirements.
- Ensure all EHCP reviews and updates comply with statutory requirements and school policies.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to the local authority and other relevant bodies.
- Assist with inspections and audits related to SEN provision and EHCPs.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of Personal Education Plans (PEPs) to reflect the current needs and progress of the individual.
- Ensure that PEPs are in compliance with local and national educational standards and policies.

**Knowledge/Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in a role involving EHCP management or special educational needs coordination is essential.
- Strong understanding of the statutory requirements and best practices related to EHCPs.
- Understanding of Equality & Diversity, safeguarding, and Health and Safety.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Empathetic and patient with a genuine commitment to supporting students with additional needs.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of students and the education environment.
