Facilities Coordinator - Ipswich,
Social Housing (6-month contract starting September)
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our social housing team in Ipswich. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance division, managing property decants, and coordinating the refurbishment of multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the maintenance division, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
Oversee the decanting of properties requiring project completion
Coordinate the refurbishment of multiple properties
Work closely with project managers from subcontractors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
Liaise with tenants and ensure a high level of customer serviceRequired Experience:

Trades background, with experience in construction, maintenance, or property management
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesThis is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension. The working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break.
