As a Facility Maintenance Coordinator, you will be essential in upholding the integrity of our facilities, equipment, and outdoor spaces to foster a safe and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance activities such as electrical work, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and door adjustments
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Manage deliveries, waste disposal, and operate company vehicles for local tasks
- Promote a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations
Essential Requirements:
- Valid driving license
