GMP Manufacturing Limited is an established company, located in Hull, holding a Manufacturing License and Medical Devices Certification supplying a range of medicinal products and medical devices across a number of categories.

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity based at our Hull site, for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator. A “can-do attitude” is essential if you are to join our warehouse team. You’d be reporting to the Planning and Warehouse Manager.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. As a Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supervising a team of warehouse workers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of manufacturing orders.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule and prioritize incoming and outgoing goods.
- Oversee the work of warehouse workers, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and other quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies, in line with Medicine and Healthcare Regulatory Authority (MHRA) guidance.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment that meets regulatory and quality standards.
- Assist with the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to provide updates on material availability and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and present findings to management as needed.
- Support the continuous improvement culture.
- Be positive, bright & keep a can-do attitude.

**Essential Skills**
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations in a regulated environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with warehouse management software such as SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Forklift certification and experience operating other warehouse equipment preferred.
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice type systems and practices in a manufacturing environment.

**Desirable**
- 3 to 5 Years of Warehouse Coordinator experience is preferred.
- Understanding of Pharmaceutical regulations is useful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
