The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit an exciting opportunity to work for a major financial services company as a Banking Accounts Administrator based in Swindon.

The role holder will be responsible for administration of accounts on the real estate side of the business liaising closing with Fund Accountants & Account Receivable Supervisor.

Key remits

Co-ordination of financial statements
Responsible for bank reconciliations
Opening & closing of tenant accounts
Ensure tenant rent deposits are collected
Oversee direct debit collections
Answer any query’s
Identify & investigate any discrepancies
Ensuring effective oversight and monitoring of KPI's in line with requirements
Ability to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels

**Experience**:
2-5 years experience within an accounting role preferably from an Investment Management, Bank, Loan or Financial Services environment
Knowledge of cash reconciliations
Experience with financial statements is an advantage
Ability to work both independently and enthusiastically as part of a team
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong business acumen and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight internal and client deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively both internally and externally
