Our client are a consultant surveyor looking for a Case Negotiator to join their office. We are interested in hearing from experienced administrators with strong customer liaison skills.

**Working hours**:8:45am-5pm, Monday to Friday, no weekends or bank holidays.

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum.

**Experience we are looking for...**
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within office administration
- Confident telephone manner and customer service skills
- Computer Literate, proficient with Microsoft Office Software, comfortable with data input, spreadsheets, and databases

**Your daily responsibilities will include...**
- Collating information from various sources including survey plans and assessors notes to accurately submit the ‘Check’ stage of the appeal process and contribute to the departmental target of 35 check submissions per week.
- Gathering evidence with regards to Material Change in Circumstances (MCC) from allocated clients
- Ensuring that all spreadsheets and records are up to date with correct information relating to cases.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
