Job Title: Senior Financial Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Administrator to join our Finance Acquisitions team at AFH Wealth Management. As a Senior Financial Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth integration of company acquisitions and monitoring their financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial due diligence on potential acquisitions, including reviewing financial statements and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and anomalies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, including monthly financial statements and quarterly performance reports.
  • Financial Integration: Work closely with the integration team to ensure a seamless transition of acquired companies, including the transfer of financial systems and processes.
  • Financial Monitoring: Monitor the financial performance of acquired companies, including tracking income and expenses, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Financial Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Financial Skills: Advanced financial skills, including financial modeling, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
