Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Acquisition Senior Administrator to join our team at AFH Wealth Management. As a key member of our Finance Acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth integration of company acquisitions and monitoring their performance post-completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and review documentation supplied as part of the due diligence process
  • Prepare financial due diligence for potential acquisitions for review
  • Monthly analysis of acquisition income for comparison against due diligence
  • Monitor and review existing acquisition bank accounts to ensure all post-completion income is remitted to AFH
  • Liaise with the integration team regarding the transfer of acquisition client income following completion
  • Analyze acquisition income post-completion, identifying anomalies, trends, and income tracking against target
  • Liaise with product providers post-completion
  • Review, produce, and monitor acquisition income for the earnout period
  • Prepare acquisition deferred consideration reconciliations for review by supervisor/manager

Requirements:

  • Finance experience is an advantage in this role
  • Must be numerate and accuracy is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including working knowledge of lookup/pivot tables/index match
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and organizing data
  • Must have an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to gain a detailed understanding of internal systems and processes
  • Able to work as part of a team, or if required, under one's own initiative
