About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and established Land Manager or a successful Senior Land Buyer to join our dynamic team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a critical role in the overall success of the business, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of land buying, including investigating opportunities, identifying sites, and managing the offer and negotiation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and identify sites directly through targeted marketing
  • Carry out site appraisals, create reports, and proposals, and manage the offer and negotiation process
  • Support and guide Land Buyers and Land Coordinators by passing on your knowledge and experience
  • Work with your Land Director and wider team to help formulate the land acquisition strategy for the region
About You

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and proactive individual with a genuine passion for land acquisition and development. You will have the proven ability to manage the end-to-end process from site identification and research to contract negotiation and exchange. Your background in the property sector does not need to be within residential, as many of our successful Land Colleagues joined us from commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
