We are an electrical and mechanical contractor looking for a Senior Office Administrator to work with the current administration team to support the management team, electricians and plumbers.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
This is a role where you can really make a difference. The Senior Office Administrator will have a variety of roles i.e.:

- Responsibility that the day-to-day administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner i.e.:

- Timesheet collation and checking.

- Processing of job sheets (filing and distribution).
- Processing of supplier invoices.
- Booking in jobs.
- Answering phones and dealing appropriately.
- Dealing with client and supplier queries and requests.
- Booking appointments for and assisting with the operational area, relating to callouts.
- Insert data from timesheets, supplier invoices etc. to ensure correct billing and feed into payroll.
- Review and update company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accreditation (CHAS, Altus, Constructionline, etc.).
- Ensuring cover provided during holiday periods and maintaining holiday chart.
- A chance to put your own stamp on the “Office Function” and be part of a busy team.

**Essential**:

- Previous office administration experience essential (knowledge of H&S nice to have).
- Microsoft Office knowledge essential (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Willing to receive training in third party systems, for the inputting of customer data.
- Pro-active, competent, able to work on own initiative and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Conscientious, hardworking and able to multi-task.

**Other**:

- Knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £13,566.29-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wisbech, PE13 2RB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
