We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Development Manager to reach out to prospective clients and book meetings/demos for our account managers to close. You will be an integral part of the sales team and work closely with the other team membersto ensure the UK's success and continued growth.

**Responsibilities of a Sales Development Manager**:
- You will fact-find to understand their current methods of recruiting school leavers/apprentices/graduates and book a meeting/demo for one of our sales account managers to close
- You will update and manage all contact data in our CRM(HubSpot)
- You will follow up with any incoming inquiries
- You will provide feedback to the business from conversations and correspondence you have with any prospects
**Benefits**:

**Essential Skills**:
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience
- Experience of prospecting using various methods including cold calling
- Experience researching the prospects and understanding the reasons for reaching out
- History of achieving revenue targets
- Consultative sales approach
- Recruitment, digital media, job board, or HR solutions sales experience
- Comfortable working remotely
- Experience using a CRM and understand the importance of recording all data
**Desirable Skills** Early careers experience would be beneficial but not essential to this Sales Development Manager role.
