**YOUR ROLE**

Your role will be to inform and advise organisations of the highly targeted media and recruitment solutions that StudySmarter can provide and secure new business revenue and develop existing accounts.
- **Customer acquisition -** Win new corporate customers, media agencies and recruitment agencies in the field of employer branding and recruiting by communicating with top decision-makers.
- **Customer identification -** Develop new customer segments and develop new sales channels for potential customers and proactively convince them about StudySmarter.
- **Customer Loyalty -** Support our customers on-site or by phone and build long-term customer loyalty in order to support them as best as possible.
- **Customer Success -** Coach your customers on how to best reach and convince their target audience with StudySmarter.
- **Sales Activities - Independently carry out and control sales activities**

- You are a sales professional with at least 3 years experience in either media sales, recruitment media sales, jobboard sales or solutions sales delivering new client logo's as well as managing and growing existing accounts.
- You are an effective client relationship builder
- You have a consultative sales approach
- You are flexible

- You are motivated by new challenges
