This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, results driven professional to join our team as we continue to grow our business.
**Key roles**:
- Arranging training for healthcare staff and updating their personal training records
- Maintaining HR files and ensuring they meet all strict compliance policies
- Telephone and reception duties
- Assisting Healthcare Consultants with bookings during busy periods
- Assisting our Accounts team with any payroll/invoicing queries
- On call duties on a rotational basis
- Attending recruitment fairs and open days to help promote our business
**Essential criteria**
- 2 years administration experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills - written & oral
- Good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines in a pressurised sales environment
- Willingness to cover out of hours on call duties when required
- Knowledge of the Healthcare sector would be advantageous
In return we offer an excellent starting salary plus on call allowance coupled with generous biannual bonuses.
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
