We are working with an expert professional services business, a respected company who have strong core values and beliefs. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator who is looking for a challenging role offering an excellent opportunityto make a significant and valued contribution to their organisation.
The role
Other duties will include:

- Monitor retention of unsuccessful CVs and leaver documentation
- Scan HR documentation, where relevant
- Upload and manage advertised vacancies on the Firms website and social media
- Actively participate in the administration and preparation of trainee assessment days
- Provide first-line support for the Firms dedicated sickness line and update their database accordingly
- Ensure RTW forms are completed
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for all HR and IT in-house training initiatives, working closely with the Head of HR and IT Trainer
- Maintaining accurate data relevant HR systems
- Assist with payroll with a view to running payroll ultimately
- Process all leaver documentation in a timely manner
- Take responsibility for incoming calls to the HR function in the absence of the Head of HR and HR Advisor
About you
Qualifications/Experience:
Professional services background
Experience in HR administration

**Skills**:Excellent attention to detail
Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Good numeracy skills
