We’re looking for a passionate and organised Administration Support to join the Property Team We have ambitious and exciting plans coupled with an active roll-out plan.

**Could you be what we’re looking for?**

You’ll work closely across the property team and support them in all administration duties assisting them in the smooth running of the department.

This is an exciting role which will involve primarily working from home with occasional travel.

**The Role**
- Working with both the Property & Project Directors to assist in general administration duties.
- Maintaining schedules of activity and diarise.
- Proactively engage in property & project tasks, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Collaborating with team members assisting in the smooth running of day-to-day property activity.
- Assist in the organising and maintaining of the filing system (via Teams).
- Attending meetings (mainly via Teams) to support in the flow of project information.
- Manage the distribution of site meeting minutes to key stake holders.
- Ordering of processing of new equipment for upcoming venues.
- Managing the purchase order procedure and payments to key suppliers.
- Organise orders and deliveries within key timelines.
- Minute taking and distribution of to key stakeholders.
- Update relevant communication platforms.

**Key**
- Competent in word, excel & power point.
- A good understanding of report editing and filing.
- Be super organised and task driven.
- Ability to schedule and diarise.
- Awesome communicator.

**Working Arrangement**
- Primarily home based.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends if required.
- Attend and participate in company meetings.
- Be flexible in your working week.
- Have amazing time management & multi-tasking skills.
