**SALARY**: £25,000 per annum pro rata (actual salary: £18,300 per annum based on 30 hours per week)

**WORKING HOURS**: 30 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Product Sales & Operations Team Administration Assistant Coordinator who is customer focussed with excellent customer service, administrative, organisational and multi-tasking skills with a confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.

Working as an Administrator / Product Sales & Operations Team Administration Assistant Coordinator you will work closely with Sales and Account Managers, as well as operational teams to coordinate, communicate and process all product sales orders for the company.

As an Administrator / Product Sales Team & Operations Administration Assistant Coordinator you will build an understanding on how products work and help customers structure efficient orders in terms of quantity and product mix.

DUTIES

Your role as an Administrator / Product Sales & Operations Team Administration Assistant Coordinator will include:
Point of contact for inbound orders and supporting with general enquiries from customers

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that when customers place orders, they are correct, and properly loaded onto the system

You will be a point of contact for customers, and work between the sales/account management team, and goods out

Checking orders are correct and raise the sales invoices

Work closely with Sales and Account Management team to ensure customer satisfaction and re-order levels

You will continue to develop relationships with customers and make their experience as and positive as possible

You will build an understanding on how products work and help customers structure efficient orders in terms of quantity and product mix

Updating customers on any ‘long-lead-time’ or delays

Communicating product availability and delivery dates to customers

Accurate data entry and liaising with the Goods Out/Warehouse Team

Issuing packing lists/dispatch notes to Goods Out/ Warehouse

Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders

Maintain current document procedures through regular review as defined in the Quality Management System

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience within an administrative / customer service role

Previous experience working within the Private Sector

Be able to work on your own initiative with mínimal supervision

Possess good time management skills

Able to manage workload

Excellent organisation skills

Confident and clear communication skills both verbally and written

Computer competent (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc)

Professional attitude
