- Upload Photos to File
- Update The Job File Immediately When the Vehicle Has Been Released, Transferred, Sold
- Upload Immediately all Documentation Following the Release of a Vehicle
- Finish off file and prepare for invoicing.
- Update Accounts & Invoicing where necessary.
- Ensure that the office and working space is clean & tidy

Update Drivers when Required - with new jobs.

Priority is to maintain all new jobs have been allocated to drivers and update the file accordingly.

Create Invoice for all completed jobs in accordance with Company Directive

Always check with a Manager regards any changes in Company Directive

**Out of Hours on Call Duties (Occasional Cover)**

Saturday cover will be required on and alternate week basis, however it may be necessary to add cover from time to time.

**HOURS OF WORK**

Your normal hours of work will be 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday & 9am to 12noon alternate Saturdays.

**PLACE OF WORK**

You will be based at Main Office at Waltham Abbey

**PAY**

Your salary will be £21,000 per Annum

Overtime & Bonuses: You may from time to time receive bonuses this will be at the discretion of the company director.

**HOLIDAYS**

25 days holiday pa.

Full driving licence required and own vehicle in required for this position.

3 years administration & customer services experience preferred.

Experience in the vehicle recovery industry would be great but not essential as training will be given.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
