We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our European HR Shared Service Centre during an extremely busy time. Flexible hours, hybrid working with excellent pay

Please note that this role is offered on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis.

This role is to to support HRSS & Payroll teams in Europe with project and BAU support for transformation.

HR Shared Services Support
- Providing support to the employee change process including but not limited to change letters, systems administration etc.
- Providing administrative support to the team in the processing of leavers and associated documentation.
- Working in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and sending out new starter paperwork and follow up as required.
- Coordination of the employee probation process, tracking, calendar reminders and associated paperwork.
- Incoming References & Confirmation of employments
- Translating incoming post from our European offices ready for processing/escalating as required
- Checking for sick notes in Germany through the relevant portal on a weekly basis ready for payroll processing.
- Assisting team with preparation of payroll inputs
- Supporting with the team with relevant project work across a number of workstreams
- Ad-hoc data requests and support to the HRSS team as required.

Payroll Project Support
- Supporting the payroll team with project related administrative support. This can include data gathering, cleansing and chasing of relevant information and data as required.
- Attending weekly project calls to provide assistance to Payroll Managers.
- Provide generalist support as required within the Payroll team.

Key Skills and Competencies
- At least two years experience in an administration background, preferably from a HR or Payroll environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Full working knowledge of standard office packages. (Excel, Word, Google)
- Experience in dealing with high volume data requests
- Ability to prioritise workload and handle ambiguity in the face of a fast paced working environment and changing priorities.
- Project experience is desirable
- International experience is desirable
- Language skills are highly desirable, particularly French, German, Dutch or Italian.
