**Role type**: Contract - 12 month maternity cover

Offering a competitive annual salary with quarterly bonus potential. **Remote/Work from home** with access to local offices. 37.5 hours per week, core hours between Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

As an ambitious and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional, you'll be part of a close-knit team delivering a highly efficient and personalised Talent Acquisition solution across a variety of departments and roles at Newcross.

Purpose of role:

- Work as part of an engaged and supportive TA team to deliver a highly effective and personable Talent Acquisition offering across a broad range of departments and roles within Newcross, with a focus on Technology, Sales and Senior Appointments.
- Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers to discuss skills gaps, job content and potential recruitment challenges and to create a transparent and collaborative process
- Create bespoke sourcing plans and monitor progress via regular comms and any escalations/ changes that may be required
- Advertise vacancies on internal and external websites & track performance.
- Carry out detailed and well aligned telephone and video screening calls for shortlisting purposes and utilise other assessment tools at your disposal
- Track activity and provide regular progress updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager..
- Achieve agreed quarterly and annual acquisition targets

**The skills that make you different**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and selection - Experience in both agency and internal recruitment / Talent Acquisition ideal
- Experience of recruiting within Sales, Technology and Senior Level roles roles essential
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and trends, including social media and other digital recruiting strategies
- Confident and positive personality, able to build an influential rapport quickly, with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage expectations in a fast paced role
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies
- Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
- Excellent team player, naturally helpful and ability to work with own initiative
