Salary Range: up to £22,000.00 DOE.

This is a permanent full-time role, to be based at our head office located on Cheadle Royal Business Park, Cheshire and will report to the Executive Assistant of the Chief Executive Officer.
The key purpose of this role is to provide full administrative support to the business where required.
**Key Tasks**:
Provide Administrative support to the Office:
- Typing letters, reports, and other business documents.
- Updating and maintaining records both on paper and digitally, in a confidential manner.
- Arranging meetings on behalf of staff, including booking meeting spaces and organizing refreshments.
- Diary schedule and create itinerary (if required) for meetings.
- Organize and book travel and accommodation for staff when required.
- Progress team action trackers - update and assist when necessary.
- Taking and typing minutes when required.
- Take and circulate actions resulting from the internal meetings when required.
- Screen phone call, redirect calms and take messages.
- Responding to requests for information.
**Experience and Skills**
This role would suit a good team player and a confident and capable individual. This role requires the individual to be educated to GCSE level or above with a proven track record of success in an administrative role. Relevant experience in the following is also required:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written, communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Well presented
- Flexibility to work outside of working hours if necessary
- Trustworthy and discrete with matters of a confidential nature
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively

In return for the above you will receive a competitive salary with 26 days holiday entitlement (rising to 31 days with service), pension, life assurance and group income protection scheme.
