We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks to assist with the smooth functioning of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and mailing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare quotations and invoices to clients using word
- Ability to use excel to create spreadsheets and reports

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
