- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in using computer software such as Office 365 (full training would be given on property software)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent administrative and clerical skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
