**Hours**: 9 am to 5.30 pm - (4:30 Finish on Fridays)

**Job Type**: Permanent
We are seeking an experienced, proactive and Customer Service Administrator to join our Cheadle Hulme based client. This will be a full time and permanent opportunity.
**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Dealing with existing and new customers ensuring the highest standards of customer service
- Providing information to the team
- Registering deals
- Taking payments over the phone
- Ensure the efficient running of systems and adherence to company policies and procedures
- As an Administrator you will be responsible for checking various documents
- General day to day office administration duties.
- Ensuring that paperwork and documentation is complete accurate and in order
- Have a fun personality and enjoys contributing to a positive office culture
- Have proven experience within administration roles
- Estate planning experience is desirable but not essential
- Have exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Possess great attention to detail
- Strong communicator
