Business Administrator

MJM Contract Services is a fast growing Main Contractor who is looking for a motivated and driven business administrator to join our busy office team in Cheadle. We are a fast paced organisation who work hard but also find time to have fun. We have a strong team ethic and we support each other to be at our best.
Working under the guidance of the Office Manager you will be responsible for assisting the business with administrative office duties including:
- Answering telephone calls and queries.
- Dealing with HR duties such as holidays, sickness, maintaining employee records.
- Timesheets and logging hours
- Controlling the company vehicle fleet
- Logging all invoices and expense receipts
- Checking purchases against invoices
- Checking statements
- Utilising Xero for bookkeeping tasks
- Booking travel and hotels
- Adhering to and assisting with our company accreditations, policies and procedures.
- Adhoc admin tasks as required
**Personal Specification**
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a strong work ethic and will fit in well with our teams family culture.
We require delegate who is a fast learner is not afraid to question why, to enable them to learn and react as required. The role may also include data imputing so proficient keyboard skills as well as all round office skills are essential.
Being a relatively new role it has the opportunity to develop as you go taking on more responsibility and growing with the company as we increase in size.
MJM are currently based in Offerton, Stockport but are soon to be moving to new exciting premises in Cheadle where the role will be located.
