Fundraising Administrator - £19,125 to £25,875

Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Fundraising Administrator to join our team based in Cheadle office. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £19,125 to £25,875 per annum.

Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.

As Fundraising Administrator, the successful candidate will play an integral role in contributing towards the development, maintenance and delivery of the charity’s fundraising plan in the region as well as to provide administrative support and oversight,while providingefficient support to fundraisers in the region andManaging regional office requirement byacting as a central point of contact/support from Head office, Exploring new innovative fundraising opportunities, preparing Fundraising resources , procurement of said resources, and collecting of information such as queries and complaints. All in order to ensure smooth running of FR operations, establish lines of communication, ensure value for money, and promote positive working environment. ​We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Fundraising Administrator:

Provide administrative support and oversight in a timely fashion Suggest new innovative fundraising opportunities Prepare FR resources, procurement, information collating (FR database) – management, action queries and complaints timely fashion Deliver business continuity in FR Admin operations in general. Proactively establishing consistent clear lines of communication

What we’re looking for in our Fundraising Administrator:

Preferably educated to the degree level Minimum of 1 years in similar post Computer literate and competent with Microsoft products Fluent English, and knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic / Urdu/Bengali & Gujarati a bonus Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector
