**About the Role**

**As Customer Support Administrator you will **
- Assist with the processing of customer orders and amendments when required
- Contact customers confirming amendments and proactively manage order schedules
- Assist the Customer Service Team with a variety of tasks required to ensure a consistent high level of service is provided
- Run and distribute various reports
- Cleanse the order book on a regular basis
- Provide telephone cover in busy periods
- Provide reception cover during holidays/absence

**Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday**

**About You**
- Previous experience working in Customer Services / as an Administrator
- Experience of working in a busy sales office and delivering first class customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Packages (Word, Outlook, Excel etc)
- Team working
- Attention to detail
