Accounts Administrator

**Role**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a well-established company in the Staffordshire Moorlands area. The company works in an exciting and fast paced industry and is currently experiencing significant growth. This has created the need for additional support within the Finance team.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Support the purchase ledger function to ensure invoices are appropriately authorised, processed & paid
- Resolve purchase requests received from other areas of the business
- Deal with payment requests received from other areas of the business
- Control petty cash and reconcile on a monthly basis
- Provide support to other areas of the business when necessary (MD, Fleet, IT)
- Assist with importing costs into the businesses CRM system
- Answer incoming calls into the finance department, resolving issues where possible
- General administrative duties
- Cover other members of the team during holidays and busy periods
**Skills and experience**
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise
- Strong IT skills - Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and solve problems
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
