Project Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to support the owner of a fast-growing language services agency who deliver translation and interpreting services across the UK. 32 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am until 6pm. Working from home with occasional meetings in the Cheadle area.
Main duties & tasks
- Manage interpreter booking process (from sourcing the interpreter to confirming the booking with the client.)
- Issuing quotes, POs and invoices and uploading contractor invoices - via Accounting Software - training will be given)
- Booking interpreters on to jobs
- Calling clients
- Ensuring an interpreter is present for every booking
- Build rapport with clients and interpreters
- Prioritising tasks - great problem solving skills
- Write processes/ instructions

Holidays of 22.5 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) which is equivalent to 28 days inclusive of Bank Hols in a full-time role. This is an ideal role for an experienced administrator who wants to work from home. The company is growing rapidly, backed by a strong and supportive team. It will ideally suit someone in the South Manchester area.
