**Training Administrator**

**9-5.30 Monday to Friday - Work From Home**

**£24k per annum**

Our client is a growing Learning and Development consultancy specializing in management training for scale up businesses. Based in Abingdon, they are looking for someone to work from home with occasional business meetings in and around Abingdon (approx.1 per month).

As part of their growth, they are working with us here at Better People, to source a dynamic and experienced support administrator to help them create, manage and deliver the courses.

You will be facilitating on the Zoom calls, conducting business research, preparing content for delegates, all round business admin, social media posting and general ad hoc digital training delivery support. The role will also include updating of the website
- Have come from a Learning & Development background (not essential)
- Will be tech savvy and not afraid to learn new digital tools and systems
- Organised administrators who have managed their own workload in the past
- Good at MS Office with the ability to create great documents, presentation decks, workbooks etc
- Good communicator in person, on line/video, in writing and on the phone.
- Detail oriented
- Have own transport to attend team meetings on a monthly basis.
- Have a good level of business English
- Be committed to ongoing learning and development
