**Role overview**

The role is an essential part of the sales team; and will include confirming appointments, ensuring that the sales department runs smoothly, establishing relationships with our customers with the ultimate aim of improving the sales admin process and documentingprocesses and recording contacts for the Sales team to follow up in more detail. You may also be asked to get involved in the administration and travel arrangements for exhibitions.

**Essential main job functions**:
Highly organised and computer literate, you will ensure that all discussions and arrangements are documented on the ERP and that you work closely with the Business Development Team to capture all intelligence gleaned as a result of the discussions you havehad with potential and existing customers. We work closely as a team, and are keen to find someone who is keen to get involved in all aspects of the business, someone who will help as and when required.

**Day to day activities will include**:

- Experience of working with a sales team, in an administration role.
- Dealing with customer queries and taking ownership of the sales admin process.
- Cold calling and information gathering exercises, researching
- Attending in house sales meetings and taking the minutes, ensuring that tasks are documented and allocated to the right people internally, enthusiastically participating in meetings and adding value as and when you see the opportunity to do so
- Contribute to team targets, assisting with packing and arranging couriers as and when required
- Administration in line with the legal restrictions within each region.

- Ensure that all documentation is added to the internal systems, working closely with the accounts team to ensure that all internal communications were

**General Administration**:

- As above, with recommended systems and processes
- Accurate record keeping

**Experience/qualifications required**:

- Knowledge of MS systems and Encore (full training will be given on encore)
- Good communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and has good understanding of the sales lifecycle and business basics
- Customer focused and a keen eye for detail
- Good sense of humour

You will likely have experience of working in a busy office manger role, sales administrator, internal sales role, or sales role and like the administrative aspects of sales.
