Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Manage and organise team schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute relevant documentation and reports.
- Handle and direct queries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other team materials.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office by maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the team's overall objectives.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all interactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Administrator should have:
- A solid understanding of administrative procedures and systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
