**Position Summary**:
The Team Administrator - Product Innovation & Engineering will provide administrative and operational support to the technology managers and their teams as detailed below.
**Key Outputs**:
- Manage end-to-end procurement requests through multiple channels including the use of SAP
- Problem solve procurement issues with customers, suppliers and procurement team
- Manage credit card accounts for lower value departmental purchases
- Initiate and close-out capital expenditure items
- Administrator the Learning Management System [LMS], a digital learning flatform
- Provide onboarding support for new starters
- Maintain documentation and SharePoint Sites to support Infineum Quality & Safety Processes
- Undertake “event planning” duties including organising
- Internal and external meetings
- Social team events and source gifts
- Training sessions, internally and 3rd parties
- Attend and contribute to safety and other departmental meetings
- Provide seamless cover for other TAs during periods of absence

- Proven administrative skills, ideally with experience of an operational or scientific environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple work requests
- Demonstrated track record of delivery to short timescales whilst maintaining accuracy
- Computer literacy and full competence in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer.
- Experience with SharePoint and SAP is desirable but not essential
